With every minor bug-fix release (such as 2.0.0n to 2.0.0o), the game warns you that your saved game may be incompatible and recommends that you start a new game or download the previous version. Since games can be long, and most users get updates automatically through the play store, this seems unreasonable. Other developers have no trouble retaining save file compatibility through minor updates.

Beautiful art, excellent focus on history and culture, without sacrificing the fun gameplay. My inner Egyptology nerd is squealing in delight at the sheer level of detail, and the endless or sandbox modes are good for when you just want to relax and not have to worry about the trickier trials and goals. Very well crafted. Looking forward to the later periods of Egyptian history!

Good game. Nice soundtrack and graphics. Bought the full game in steam. And I would say its very worth it. I played it for a couple hours then get bored. I feel like somethings missing to the game to keep the player from playing the game and not abandoning it.

The game seems great and made me consider a purchase. But when I click "unblock" to get the full version, it immediately shows the option to agree to non-refundable contract, without event showing me what the price of game is. And i cannot find it nowhere in the game. Is this a joke?

I adore the game and loved the predecessors as well. Great info, graphics and it is exciting to play working towards the quests. I was happy to pay for it, gameplay wise. Kudos on the historic research. But then the load bugs began. They are incredibly frustrating, the wait is long (okay if it wasn't for the crashes) but having to load the game, and then the save keeps crashing really takes away my enjoyment. I have a Samsung Galaxy A5 Android 7.0

Reviews are incredibly biased to simple minded mobile users (whole different breed of instant gratification gamers). Those that played and followed the originals know it's a good game, and respects it's roots in genre. People blindly downloading apps without any idea what it is should really just be ashamed of themselves. This is one of my favorite games.

This is an excellent game by a developer that clearly has put a ton of time and effort into research and dev and it absolutely shows. Ignore the 1-star reviews as nearly all of them are people complaining about the turn trial limit (clearly stated in the product description) or having problems due to their own hardware. They do not accurately reflect the quality of the game. Thankyou Clarus Victoria for the brilliant game! PS people should really try to be more supportive of indie developers!

I've been playing 4x games since the 90s and I would happily have paid $20 or more for a mobile game of this quality. The price you ask is extremely reasonable. I also want to thank the designers for choosing not to make this into a glorified slot machine for children, like so many of the "in-app purchase" games on this platform. It's a thousand times more honest and ethical to have a flat purchase fee up front. Thank you for a high quality, repayable, educational mobile game.

Absolutely loved this game. Some things could be explained better but a second playthrough is all you need to really get the hang of it. I'm coming back to re-download after several years since I first played it. I've always thought about it and I'm so glad I found it again.

This is an overall well thought-out and built game, very enjoyable with high replayability value. One bug I must report is that sometimes I get corrupted saves that afterwards cause a crash on loading. The workarround I got so far is to save twice on different slots each time I want to save, wich is not a safety-guaranted method but still better than loosing progress. Sometimes the autosave can also become corrupted btw. Keep up the good work!
